Details max 20 minutes downtime

Dear Customers

Our monitoring is reporting some Packet loss to this server (hostname.hostingdb.com).
We have already changed out the network cable, but that did not resolve the issue.
We will replace teh the NIC in this server next hours.

This server wil be offline for about 20 min.
