Hosting payments are to be made in US dollars. Dreamlink accepts the following types of

All web hosting payments are due on the Account Statement Date (monthly, 12 months, 24 months ). If you provide
us your credit card information, you authorize
Dreamlink to automatically charge your card
for charges that apply to your hosting plan.
Dreamlink will then automatically charge your credit card on
the next Hosting Statement Date. You are responsible for
directly updating, or notifying Dreamlink, of any changes to
your credit card (including, but not limited to, card number,
expiration date, billing address, or card status).
Customers paying by Wire Transfer agree to make payment of
their balance due within ten (10) days of the Hosting plan
Statement Date. The hosting plans which are not paid within 20 days after the end
of billing cycle, will be
suspended with or without advice. You may change your Billing Cycle
(monthly ,
12 months , 24 months ) at any time;
the new Billing Cycle will take effect at the
time of the next plan renewal.
All additional items/features are non-refundable .
If you wish to cancel your
web hosting plan before the plan renewal date, please
refer to the Cancellation section below.

Dreamlink does not charge fees for accepting payment via
USA bank
wire ; international transfers will be
assessed a
$20.00 processing fee .

Renewal and cancellations Dreamlink
Hosting services will automatically renew until a plan is
cancelled. In order to cancel hosting service, you must contact our
Billing
Dept. Monday through Friday. Cancellation requests must be received by Dreamlink.Net
Billing Dept. at least ten (10) days before the end of your Billing Cycle.
The Dreamlink Billing Dept. will help you with
the cancellation process . You will receive a confirmation
via email with your Hosting plan Cancellation Ticket
Number . Your Hosting service will be cancelled at the end of
your billing cycle. If you do not receive an email confirmation, please
contact our Billing Dept. as soon as possible and provide them
your cancellation Ticket Number .
Please be aware that there are no pro-rated refunds after
the first 30 days of hosting service. Dreamlink will not control and automatically cancel
hosting
plans for problems related to domain name transfers,
non-usage, Internic, your ISP, or any other secondary issues
not directly related to Dreamlink services.

Refund policy All hosting plans carries a 30-day
money back guarantee. If you are not completely satisfied
with our services within the first 30 days, you will be
given a full refund of the fees paid . The following
services do not qualify for the 30 Day Money Back Guarantee:

additional items or services

domain name registration
-
dedicated servers
-
items and services ordered through the
reseller program
Refunds are only available in accordance with the 30 Day Money
Back Guarantee. Refunds will be provided in the same payment
method as the original payment. There are no refunds offered
or promised after 30 days.

Chargebacks Dreamlink has a
zero tolerance policy for chargebacks. Any customer who disputes a
cc payment is subject to a fine, suspension and service termination
at our discretion.
